    About size:

    1. Is your size chart standard international size?

    There is no standard international size. Every store or brand has different standards for sizing. Please don’t rely on the size you usually take, so choose the size only based on our CRISTALLINI measurements!

    2. Is it possible to custom made the dress if I can't find the right size from the size chart?

    Yes, we have the custom made service available if you don't find the right size from our size chart, which only costs extra 70EUR and it will take about 5-10 workdays for making, so please place your order ahead of several days for security.

    3. Is there extra money for large measurements?

    If your bust measurement is larger than 120cm/47inches, we need to charge extra money, please email us if it is needed.

    4. Does your size go smaller or bigger?

    We have our own size chart, which differs from your usual size, so please check the bust, waist and hips measurements very carefully.

    5. Is it possible to change the size for the dress before delivery?

    If you ordered the dress from CRISTALLINI.com in standard size and color and we haven't shipped it yet, then we could change the dress size for you, for any custom-made dress, if we have processed to manufacture for you, then we can not change it for you!


    About payment:

    1. How can I pay for my order?

    CRISTALLINI.com makes payment for your orders easy by providing convenient payment options, such as PayPal and Credit Card .

    2. If my order is shipped out of EU do I have to pay for custom duties?

    Yes, the customer is responsible for all applicable custom duties and taxes for orders shipped outside the EU. This will be a separate charge invoiced by the delivery courier.

    3. How much are the custom duties and taxes for my order?

    Custom fees may very between countries. CRISTALLINI.com has no control on the customs. The client is responsible for paying them in order to receive the package. CRISTALLINI.com is not responsible for the delay of shipping caused by the customs clearance.


    About shipping:

    1. Do you ship worldwide? How long does it takes?

    We offer worldwide delivery using FEDEX, TNT, UPS, DHL and usually shipping takes 1-5 business days.

    2. How much does standard international shipping costs?

    We offer free standard WorldWide shipping via FEDEX, TNT, UPS, DHL.

    For retailers, the shipping costs are different. Please send us an email at contact@cristallini.com for more informations.

    3. How can I track my order?

    As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and all the information of how you can track it online.

    4. Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?

    All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from CRISTALLINI to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.


    About returns & exchanges:

    1. How do I return & exchange an item?

    All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags. Worn, Altered, Washed, Damaged, Color-changed or Custom-made products can not be returned.
    Exchanges of products is very easy! The buyer should pay to ship the item back and also the reshipping fee for a new item. For more information, please view our Returns&Exchanges page.

    2. Who do I contact in case of return of an item?

    Please send us an email at returns@cristallini.com with your order details all we'll reply to you as soon as possible with all the information needed. Also, you can follow the instructions from our Returns & Exchanges page.

    3. Can I return sale items?

    No, we don't accept returns of sale items.

    4. Can a custom-made dress be returned?

    No, but we guarantee that it will fit perfectly. We made hundreads of custom-made dresses and it all fitted perfectly.

    5. Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

    Please note that the refund will only be issued to the credit card used for the order. All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
    Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
